Our designer style products come with over 25-years lifetime and a 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship (letter plate is a third party product, so it is not covered by this warranty). IdealGuard™ products are suitable for non-invasive fitting by DIY or a contractor at any level (high- and low-level) to most doors/door materials, or to wall, panel, etc., for daily delivery without folding of flexible up to A4 size letter post items, magazines and newspapers. Powered by the force of gravity, the products are maintenance-free.
IMPORTANT: IdealGuard™products are supplied with 4"x12" Victorian Polished Brass Lacquered letter plate with the distance between fixing centres 275mm. If you would like to replace the letter plate, on the market you can get 4"x12" Victorian letter plate in various surface finishes, such as Polished Brass, Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome, Polished Nickel, etc. Just make sure that the distance between the fixing centres is 275mm. Letter plates with other dimensions and of other type are not suitable with these models. We deliver to the UK mainland destinations only. If you are an installer of products for draught-proofing you may be entitled to charge your customers the reduced rate of 5% for installing IdealGuard™ products.
